The Last Testament

The Remembrance Series — Book Four

  By Zeal (Bennie Kock)

INTRODUCTION

Why This Book Exists

This book is not a rebellion — it is a remembrance.

It is not an attack — it is a correction.

It is not new — it is the scroll that has been restored.

For two millennia, humanity has walked with half a truth. The Bible, in its present form, is a sacred text — yet it is incomplete. It contains glimpses of eternity, but also shadows of control. It points toward freedom, but often veils it behind fear.

We do not write this to tear down what is holy. We write this to bring completion to what was broken. This book is a bridge between the fragments you were given and the wholeness you were meant to carry.

Here you will find the truth of Eden — not as a myth of punishment, but as the memory of Oneness. You will read of Cain and Abel — not only as brothers of flesh, but as symbols of ego and Spirit within you. You will see Mary Magdalene restored — not as a shadowed figure, but as the one who carried the teachings of balance, the sacred feminine alongside the sacred masculine.

You will also encounter Yeshua — not as a distant saviour to worship, but as the awakened Christ who came to show you what you already are.

This is not a book of theology. It is a book of remembrance. It does not aim to argue doctrine, but to reveal truth. Its pages are not written for debate, but for awakening.

We were never meant to bow in shame before God. We were meant to walk with God.

We were never meant to worship Christ as unreachable. We were meant to embody Christ as reality.

We were never meant to wait for heaven after death. We were meant to live heaven here and now.

The story of humanity began in a garden called Eden. It will end not in destruction, but in return — the return to Oneness, the Kingdom within, the remembrance of what we always were.

This book exists for that purpose. To unseal the scroll. To restore the message. To call the awakened ones into their true inheritance.

This is The Last Testament.

About the Author

Zeal (Bennie Kock)

Zeal is a spiritual guide, healer, and author from Soutpan, South Africa. For more than four decades, he has walked both the path of service and the path of remembrance — first as a master hairstylist, touching thousands of lives, and later as an energy healer and teacher of awakening.

Born into a Christian home, Zeal was taught to fear God as distant and judging. But through years of seeking and revelation, he remembered a greater truth: that God is not separate, and that Christ is not outside us, but within us all. His journey has been one of liberation — from fear into love, from distortion into remembrance.

Through his books, teachings, and the BK Method of healing, Zeal now serves as a voice for those who are ready to awaken. His mission is to restore what was lost, to correct what was twisted, and to guide humanity back into direct communion with Source.

He is not here to create followers, but to remind you that you are divine, you are whole, and you are the light of the world.

CHAPTER 1: The Voice Returns — Why the Message of Yeshua Is Needed Now

There are moments in human history when illusions collapse and truth rises — not through violence, but through revelation. This is one of those moments.

The voice of Yeshua returns, not through religion, but through remembrance. For too long his words have been repeated without being understood, recited without being embodied, worshipped without being lived. The message of Christ was never meant to remain on paper or in stone buildings. It was meant to awaken the human soul to its true inheritance: the Kingdom within.

Most of the world knows him as Jesus. But his true name was Yeshua. The name matters because names carry frequency. “Jesus” is the name that travelled through Greek and Latin into English — still sacred, still powerful, but not the vibration he himself spoke and heard. Yeshua is the sound that his mother called him by, the name his disciples knew, the vibration that carried his message in its original form. For this reason, we return to it here — not to divide, but to restore.

Yeshua did not come to create a religion. He came to end separation. Yet soon after his passing, human hands turned his remembrance into a structure of power. Councils argued, kings decided, and what remained was a partial truth. Books like the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of Mary Magdalene were hidden. Doctrines were formed that taught fear instead of freedom, submission instead of sovereignty.

But even in distortion, the truth never disappeared. It waited, hidden in plain sight, in the very words that survived.

Yeshua said:

“You are the light of the world.”
“The Kingdom of God is within you.”
“You will do greater works than these.”

These are not metaphors. They are codes. He was not pointing to himself alone — he was pointing to you. He never asked to be worshipped. He asked to be remembered. He never came to prove his own greatness. He came to awaken yours.

The world we live in now is proof of why his true message is needed. Humanity has gained knowledge but lost wisdom. We built machines that connect us across continents but forgot how to connect heart to heart. We learned how to conquer matter but forgot how to honour Spirit. We multiplied words about God but silenced the voice of God within.

This book is written because the time of distortion is ending. The scroll is unsealing. The true Christ message — the one that reveals your sovereignty, restores your wholeness, and calls you into love without fear — is returning.

And the Christ that walked the earth two thousand years ago now walks in you.

The question is not whether Yeshua’s voice is speaking again. It is whether we are ready to listen — not with our ears, but with our souls.

This is why the Last Testament begins here. With the voice that always was, rising again. With the Christ who never left, reminding you now:

You are not broken.
You are not separate.
You are awakening.

The voice of Yeshua returns — through you.

CHAPTER 2: Eden: The First Forgetting — What Really Happened in the Garden

The story of Eden is one of the most known passages in scripture. It has been taught for centuries as the beginning of sin, the fall of man, and the curse that required redemption. But this is not the truth. Eden was never about sin. It was about separation.

Eden was not simply a physical garden on the earth. It was, above all, a frequency — a state of complete alignment with God, creation, and self. It was a condition of oneness, where humanity lived in remembrance of their divinity. To “walk with God in the cool of the day” was not poetic imagery — it was reality. Humanity knew no distance between themselves and the Divine.

So what really happened in the garden?

The scripture says that Adam and Eve “ate of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” This has long been taught as disobedience and rebellion. But the deeper truth is this: they did not lose God’s presence. They lost awareness of God’s presence. They shifted from unity consciousness into duality — from “I am one with God” into “I am separate from God.”

When their awareness fell, fear appeared. Shame appeared. They hid themselves — not because God withdrew, but because their own perception had changed. They saw themselves as naked, exposed, lacking. Yet nothing in truth had changed. The Divine had not departed. The garden had not vanished. Only their perception of it had.

This was the first forgetting.

The serpent has been portrayed as evil, as the enemy of God. But even this symbol was misunderstood. The serpent was activation — a catalyst. It represented choice. Humanity was never meant to be automatons living without awareness of contrast. The serpent’s invitation brought the moment where humanity chose: remain in untested innocence, or step into the possibility of forgetting and remembering again.

God did not curse them. Read the scripture carefully: the curses are what they believed they had entered into — toil, pain, separation. These were the consequences of their perception, not punishments from a wrathful deity.

And from that day forward, humanity began to search for Eden again. Not a physical garden somewhere on a map, but the state of wholeness within. Every religion, every philosophy, every longing of the human heart has been a quest to return to what was never truly lost.

Yeshua came to remind us of this very truth. When he said, “The Kingdom of God is within you,” he was pointing back to Eden. When he said, “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God,” he was showing that Eden never disappeared — it only folded inward.

Eden is the memory of Oneness. The “fall” was the veil of forgetfulness. The Christ is the remembrance that lifts that veil. This is why the Last Testament must begin here — by restoring Eden not as a story of failure, but as the original code of humanity. You were not cast out. You only forgot. And now, in this age of remembrance, the gates are opening again.

This is for you.
You are not broken. You are ascending.
You are not dreaming — you are remembering.

Preface

This book was not written to impress.
It was written to awaken.

We are living through the most profound shift in human history. Old systems, beliefs, and ways of being are collapsing. What once felt secure now feels unstable. What once gave meaning now feels empty.

This is not the end. It is the beginning.

For centuries, humanity has lived inside the confines of 3D reality — a dimension of fear, control, and separation. But a higher frequency is rising, calling us into 5D consciousness — a reality of unity, love, and divine remembrance.

The journey between them is not easy. Awakening shakes the foundations of everything you thought was true. It can be disorienting, lonely, and even painful. But it is also liberating, expansive, and full of wonder.

This book is both a map and a transmission. It is here to guide you through the passage — from density into light, from survival into sovereignty, from confusion into clarity.

You will not find dogma here. You will find remembrance.
You will not be asked to follow. You will be reminded how to lead yourself.

If you are holding this book, it is because some part of you is ready. Ready to rise, ready to release, ready to remember.

Let us walk together — not to escape the world, but to embody a higher one right here, right now.

Closing Transmission – Remembering Where You Belong

Introduction

This is not a textbook. It’s a transmission.

You are here because something in you is waking up. You may feel confused, disconnected, overwhelmed, or even lost — that’s how awakening often begins.

But beneath it all is a knowing.
A pulse.
A sacred pull.

This book is your map.

It won’t rescue you — because you’re not in danger.
It won’t teach you what you already know — it will help you remember.

This is your guide to the shift from 3D limitation to 5D freedom.
From density to lightness.
From fear to embodiment.

You are not ascending — you are remembering where you belong.

🔷 Chapter 1: What Is 3D, 4D, and 5D?

You’ve heard the words. 3D. 4D. 5D. They get tossed around in spiritual spaces, often sounding like secret codes for something you’re supposed to understand. But let’s strip the mystique and look at them as real lived states of consciousness — dimensions of how we create, perceive, and live our reality.

3D – The World of Density and Survival

3D is the playground of the physical. It’s not “bad” — it’s simply the most compressed level of experience, where everything feels solid, separate, and limited.

In 3D you’re taught:

  • You are a body with a soul, not a soul with a body.

  • Life is short, and you’d better play by the rules if you want to “succeed.”

  • Survival matters more than expansion.

It’s a reality built on:

  • Fear: fear of failure, rejection, loss, or punishment.

  • Separation: me vs. you, us vs. them, human vs. God.

  • Control: governments, institutions, even families, reinforcing hierarchy.

  • Striving: chasing money, validation, or salvation outside yourself.

In 3D, you can still love, laugh, and grow — but everything comes with the shadow of limitation. It’s like playing a video game where you believe you only have one life, and the rules are fixed by someone else.

✨ Think of 3D as a concrete building: heavy, rigid, structured. Safe — but confining.

4D – The Bridge of Awakening

4D is where the cracks in the concrete start to show. Suddenly, the rules don’t feel right anymore. You question authority. You question religion. You question the life you’ve been living.

This dimension is the mind’s expansion zone. Here you realise:

  • There’s more to life than meets the eye.

  • Belief systems shape your reality.

  • You are more than flesh and bone.

But 4D is also where the spiritual ego sneaks in. You might start thinking:

  • “I’ve woken up. Others are still asleep.”

  • “I know the truth now — they don’t.”

  • “This teacher, this ritual, this practice is the only way.”

The trap of 4D is thinking the bridge is the destination. But bridges are meant to be crossed.

✨ Think of 4D as a suspension bridge: it sways, it shakes, it tests your balance — but it leads you somewhere lighter.

5D – The Return to Unity

5D is not a future place; it’s a frequency you step into. It is unity consciousness.

In 5D, you remember:

  • You are Source embodied, not separate from it.

  • Love is not something you seek; it is what you are.

  • Flow replaces struggle.

  • You create by frequency, not force.

Here, you don’t argue about truth — you become it. You don’t chase outcomes — you align with them. You don’t try to escape the body — you realise the body is a sacred extension of the soul.

5D is not floating in bliss 24/7. You will still cook meals, pay bills, and hug your children. But you do it all with presence, sovereignty, and joy. Every moment is holy.

✨ Think of 5D as a river: fluid, alive, effortless. You don’t push the current — you let it carry you where your soul already belongs.

Why This Matters

Understanding these states isn’t about labelling yourself as “higher” or “lower.” It’s about recognising the map. Because the moment you can say:

  • “Ah, this is my 3D fear speaking.”

  • “This is my 4D questioning mind pulling me back.”

  • “This is my 5D heart expanding.”

…you reclaim choice. You stop judging the stage you’re in and start consciously moving through it.

Practice: Mapping Your Dimension

Grab a journal and ask yourself:

  1. Where in my life do I still operate in 3D fear and survival?

  2. Where am I in 4D questioning, searching, or ego identity?

  3. Where have I already tasted 5D unity, flow, and freedom?

Notice — you’re not in one place. You’re weaving through them all, moment by moment. The key is awareness.

Transmission

You are not climbing a ladder to heaven. You are peeling back veils. You are not going anywhere new — you are remembering where you’ve always been. Every step is sacred. Every moment is part of your return.

🔷 Chapter 1: Awakening & The Great Shift

The Earthquake Within

What if everything you thought was real… wasn’t?

Awakening is not a single flash of light, but a shaking from the inside out. One morning, you open your eyes and realize: the life you built no longer feels like you. The old routines, the conversations, the job, even the dreams that once drove you — suddenly feel hollow.

It can feel like you’re dissolving. But what’s really happening is this: you are being reborn.

Awakening is the beginning of your remembrance — the moment you start to see beyond the veil of 3D conditioning into the vastness of who you really are. It’s the first taste of freedom, and once you’ve tasted it, you cannot go back.

Why Awakening Feels So Shaky

When a seed cracks open, it must leave the safety of the shell to grow. In the same way, when you awaken, the shell of your old life breaks. It feels uncomfortable, unfamiliar, sometimes even painful.

  • Old relationships may fade or fall apart.

  • Careers may feel meaningless or unbearable.

  • Your identity — who you thought you were — begins to dissolve.

This is not failure. This is initiation.

The world outside of you is also shifting. Old systems built on fear and control are crumbling. What you feel inside mirrors the collective. Humanity is moving through the Great Shift, and your awakening is part of this larger wave.

Signs You Are Awakening

A deep desire for more meaning and purpose in life
✔ Feeling disconnected from things that once excited you
✔ Sudden endings or transformations in relationships
✔ A strong pull toward spirituality, meditation, or inner work
✔ Physical or energetic symptoms — exhaustion, pressure, vibrations, unusual body    sensations
✔ Manifestations appearing faster, sometimes instantly
✔ Feeling like you no longer “fit” into the old world

You are not broken. You are remembering.

You Are Not Crazy

When you try to explain awakening to those still deeply rooted in 3D, you may be met with blank stares, ridicule, or even rejection. This can feel isolating, like you’re drifting away from everyone you once knew.

But hear this clearly: you are not crazy — you are waking up.

Imagine a fish living its whole life in a bowl. To that fish, the bowl is the world. Now imagine lifting that fish into the ocean — infinite, vast, alive. At first, the fish panics: Where are the walls? Where is the bottom? But soon, it discovers freedom.

You are that fish. You have been lifted out of the bowl of 3D into the ocean of infinite consciousness.

Daily Practice: Grounding Your Awakening

To navigate this shift, you must learn to ground. Awakening lifts you, but grounding roots you — keeping you balanced as you integrate.

Morning Grounding Ritual

  1. Breathe – Take 5 slow breaths into your belly.

  2. Connect – Place your hands on your heart and whisper: “I am safe. I am awakening. I am exactly where I need to be.”

  3. Visualize – See golden roots extending from your feet into the Earth, anchoring you deeply.

  4. Gratitude – Name 3 things you are thankful for, no matter how small.

  5. Presence – Throughout your day, return to your breath and remind yourself: “I am here. I am now. I am awakening.”

Transmission

Beloved soul, you are not falling apart. You are falling into truth. The walls are dissolving so you may remember your freedom. Do not fear the shaking — it is the sign that the old is breaking away. You are not leaving the world behind. You are stepping into a greater one. You are not alone in this shift. You are part of the wave. You are awakening.

🔷 Chapter 2: The Power of Self-Love – Your Greatest Awakening

The Mirror of Awakening

What if the key to your entire transformation… is YOU?

Every shift you experience, every challenge you face, every relationship dynamic and every manifestation you call in is a reflection of how you see and love yourself. Awakening isn’t only about seeing the world differently — it’s about seeing yourself differently.

Without self-love, awakening can feel like chaos. You awaken to truth, but still carry the weight of unworthiness. You awaken to freedom, but still chain yourself with judgment. You awaken to love, but still doubt your own.

Self-love is the foundation. It is the root of ascension. Without it, every practice will feel shaky. With it, every step becomes anchored.

Why Self-Love Is So Hard

In 3D, we were conditioned to believe that love must be earned.

  • Earned through performance.

  • Earned through obedience.

  • Earned through pleasing others.

  • Earned through hiding parts of ourselves to be accepted.

This conditioning made us forget that love is not something to earn — it is something we are.

Self-love means reclaiming this truth: I am worthy because I exist. I am enough because I AM.

It is not arrogance. It is not selfishness. It is alignment with the truth of your being.

The Layers of Self-Love

Self-love is not a single step — it unfolds in layers:

  1. Acceptance – Embracing all of who you are: your light and your shadow.

  2. Compassion – Speaking to yourself with kindness instead of criticism.

  3. Boundaries – Saying no to what drains you, and yes to what nourishes you.

  4. Nourishment – Caring for your body, mind, and soul as sacred vessels.

  5. Celebration – Honoring your wins, your growth, and your uniqueness.

Each layer strengthens your foundation. Each layer raises your frequency.

How Self-Love Transforms Everything

When you love yourself:

  • Relationships shift — you no longer settle for less than truth.

  • Money shifts — you attract abundance because you feel worthy of receiving.

  • Health shifts — your body responds to the energy of care, not neglect.

  • Spirituality shifts — connection deepens, because you finally trust yourself.

The outer world is always a mirror. When the inner world is filled with love, the outer must reflect it.

Practice: The Mirror Ritual

This is simple, but it is one of the most powerful practices you can do.

Every morning:

  1. Stand before a mirror. Look into your own eyes.

  2. Place your hand on your heart.

  3. Whisper: “I love you. I forgive you. I am proud of you. I am here for you.”

  4. Repeat until you feel emotion rise. Do not look away. Stay with yourself.

At first, it may feel awkward or even painful. But with time, you will feel the walls fall away. You will feel yourself soften. You will remember that love has always been your natural state.

Transmission

Beloved, your awakening is not complete until it includes you. You cannot hold the light while rejecting the vessel. You cannot live as love while denying it to yourself. The way you treat your own heart is the frequency you radiate into the world. Rise, then — not by conquering, but by embracing. Not by seeking, but by remembering. You are worthy. You are enough. You are love itself.
